Sometimes before things get better....

 
Look at the way Pete's staring at Patrick. Look again. Seriously study his expression. That's not the way you look at your platonic best friend, I don't care who the hell you or they are. There's no way you can see that and not think, even if it's just for a second, that Pete wasn't in love with him at that point in time. I don't know how any can say Peterick wasn't real. I'm not talking about the sex part -maybe they did, maybe they didn't- but than, Peterick's not just about the sex. It never was, not for me. Pete was head over heels for Patrick at this point in his life. The way they are with each other, that's not something that you can just write off as typical friendship stuff. 

What really pisses me off is that if one of them had been a girl and the same things happened, it would have been all other every magazine on the face of the planet that they were together. Way to be hypocritical, guys. It's a good look, right? Maybe we should cling to it for another hundered years. (In case anyone reading this doesn't realize it, that was sarcasm right there; lots and lots of it.
