I've always thought that if you were a fan of a band or person or movie, you shouldn't go any where near any kind of message board and/or read the comments on their youtube videos.This is especially true if said band has just come back from a four year hiatus. It just drives home the point that stupid people annoy and that ignorant people are even worse.

In other news, I love the new FOB song, "we are wild, we are like young volcanoes; we are wild, Americana Exotica." Also, NINE MORE DAYS.

There was the usual crap about how they should make another Take This To Your Grave -which, don't get me wrong, was a great album, but that was ten years ago; you don't look at the world, at heartbreak, the same way at 31 that you did at 21. We all grow up sometime, it's inevitable- and how Patrick was so much better looking now that he lost weight, that they should ditch Pete because he's a douchebag and a shitty bass player. All of which, while really annoying, is not exactly a shock; I doubt there's an FOB fan who hasn't heard that. But then someone said something about how Pete should just go off himself and that it was the worst thing ever that he didn't succeed the last time he tried. Amd when I saw this thing about Pete being "colored" and I just stopped reading them.

I know. I usually stay away from the boards, but I was trying to find a link for this video and I was picking through the threads for it. I sincerely hope anyone who knows the boys stays far, far away from those things. I can only imagine how livid I would be if I stumbled across something like that about one of friends.

That is a good one; I like the Americana Exotica line and I'm fond of, "We'll teach you to make boys next door out of assholes." Mostly because of the way he laughs, can't lie.

I can kind of hear gnomes, but I still hear gone more. Half the fun of new FOB songs is figuring out the lyrics, lol.
