Ahh, I think I can help here! :) That picture is from ROH's Steel Cage Warfare, which featured the Generation Next vs. The Embassy Steel Cage match. It's definitely one of my favourite Shelley matches ever, if for nothing else than for Shelley being a complete bastard in it.
A quick googlesearch gave me this download link for the match, which should be fine. Unless you want the entire show, of course..
