I thought I'd kick of kat_lair's week of poetry with one of my all time favorites:
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim
Because it was grassy and wanted wear,
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:

I didn't get a chance to post this yesterday, but, HOLY FUCK, IT'S THE TEASER FOR SHERLOCK SERIES 3, BITCHES.
Things I love about this: EVERYTHING. (except John's mustache; I love you, John, but no. Just...no.) Two things especially struck me: 1. Sherlock said this before, "I pickpocket him when he's annoying." AND LESTRADE IS PATTING HIMSELF DOWN IN THAT CLIP, LIKE HE CAN'T FIND HIS WALLET. SHERLOCK I KNEW LESTRADE WAS YOUR FRIEND EVEN IF YOU WON'T ADMIT IT. And 2. Sherlock's face when he walks into Angelo's (I'm guessing it's Angelo's, at least); he looks so tired and wore down and when he saw John his face was just...softer, more feeling, that it was last series. JOHN IS HIS BIFFLE, HIS BFF AND SHERLOCK REALIZES THAT AND HE CAME BACK BECAUSE HE FOUND A REASON TO COME BACK, ONE THAT WAS STRONGER THAN ALL THE ONES HE HAD TO STAY AWAY.
I JUST....IS IT NOVEMBER YET? LIKE, MOFFAT, YOU SADASTIC BASTARD.
